About BuzzKill Pest Control
BuzzKill Pest Control is a residential and commercial pest control company based in Marlborough, Massachusetts, serving Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
We protect homes, condominiums, HOA communities, and businesses. Every service follows the BuzzKill Method, our own way of working: we start by understanding your property and what is drawing pests to it, solve the problem at its source, and help protect the property so it stays that way. Most services can be priced and booked online in minutes.
Founded by Jake Greasley
BuzzKill was founded by Jake Greasley, legally Jacob Charles Greasley. Jake, Jacob, and Jacob Charles Greasley are the same person.
Jake began designing and planning BuzzKill in late 2025. BuzzKill Pest Control LLC was formed in Massachusetts on January 16, 2026. He started the company to give homeowners, community boards, and property managers a pest control company that explains what it is doing and why, prices its work openly, and treats the causes of a pest problem rather than only the pests in view.
